Return and Refund Policy

Terms & Conditions – Preorder & Refund | Policy Effective Date: 06/16/2025

1. Preorder Terms

By placing a preorder for the SharkFilet Smart Mirror ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms:

Payment: Preorders require full payment of $1,567 (USD) to secure your unit.
Delivery Window: Expected shipping begins Fall - Winter 2025. Delivery dates may vary based on production, logistics, and your location.
Limited Quantity: Units are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Preorder does not guarantee specific delivery dates, only priority placement in the queue.
Digital Perks: All preorder customers receive exclusive digital content including avatar skins, software upgrades, and Creator Hub access.

2. Refund Policy

Cancellation (Within 14 Days of Purchase):
- You may cancel your preorder within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
- To cancel, contact: rolando@sharkfilet.com
After 14 Days:
- Cancellations after 14 days are eligible for a 90% refund, due to production scheduling and customization.
- No refunds will be issued once your unit has shipped.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement or repair.
- Proof of damage (photos/video) and the original receipt token will be required.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital content, limited-edition NFT accessories, and bonus packs are non-refundable.
